I think its equally important for any female AND male, regardless of their race or culture to remain virgins until marriage. Some people preffer to marry a non virgin, while others prefer to marry someone who has not been with others. Its everyones choice.

On what they choose to do as far as their virginity is concerned. Cultures, religions and parents may influence people to remain so but it really comes down to the individual and what thier own personal opinions and feelings are towards that issue. And it applies to marrying a virgin or not as well. To some people sex is important, and they do not want to marry someone who isnt a virgin as assume that they more than likely are poor in the knowledge of sex. And yet there are some who prefer to marry a virgin as they have not been with another man/woman and are pure to thier knowledge. And then there are the few that are excited about marrying a virgin as they can either a.) learn together for the first time all the experiance of sex, or b.) teach the other person all about sex.
