    Compassionate - Garegits
    Oblivious - Moratsgod

Not sure about the others. In fact, I'm not sure if the ones I gave you are 100% correct.

Tolerant -- neroghamid ullal; don't know an exact translation.
Open-minded -- this is a literal translation i've seen used, "patsamid." my dictionary lists "annakhabashar" -- take your pick lol
              Compassionate -- garegits
              Arrogant -- ampardavan; hantookn
Oblivious -- a toughie. i would say something like "loor choonetsogh"..."himar" might be too strong a word. Isn't "moratsgod" forgetful?

Tolerant: According to the dictionary "touyladou."
Open minded: I've heard on many occasions "laynamid." Of course, if "open minded" can be considered as the opposite of both "close minded" and "narrow minded."
compassionate: I agree with TomServo and you
                arrogant: I agree with you
oblivious: "Oblivious" has the following two meanings:

                1. Lacking all memory; forgetful.
                2. Lacking conscious awareness; unmindful.

                1. "Moratsgod"
                2. Lack of a better word, I suggest "ankidagits." Maybe, in some rare cases, "anoushatir."
Definitely not "himar." "Loor choonetsogh" lacks elegance and does not flatter our language.
What if I find someone else when looking for you? My soul shivers as the idea invades my mind.

are these in the western dialect? or eastern. They look and sound eastern, but they might be western.

Western Armenian. The differences are more grammatical and in the pronunciation; the vocabulary is more or less the same. Of course, sometimes words have slightly different meanings.
