aahhhh you misunderstood me! not what if the relationship doesn't work! but what if life puts you in a situation where you both have to work or the husband becomes ill and the wife needs to work....there is such a thing as alimony...so yeah..that is not where i'm going with this discussion...it's about sharing and being there for the family..that's all i'm saying...otherwise why bother getting married in the first place?

      • Hey that's great news, but the fact remains if they wanna have a family or go in a career, they would have to sacrifice one of them.

        • Why does everything have to be so black and white? Dude, life is not that simple. As I read through all of your posts, I find myself agreeing with every single one of you, even Anon. I don't understand why you can't incorporate all of these beautiful things into all of your lives.

Here is what I think:TA DAAAA I know you've all been waiting for my opinion.

The most beautiful thing about being a woman is our ability to be the greatest wife, mother, friend, and career woman...all in one. We take our natural motherly instinct and apply it to every other aspect in our lives. This is why you find that your favorite boss is usually a woman. We have a strong sense of discipline, mixed with a dash of motherly care..and VOILA! You've got a career woman. This natural instinct applies to men as well. You show your love and care by providing for the family and making sure that you are the stable rock in the family.

With all of life's constant struggles, it is nice to have both partners, working together, supporting eachother, and providing for eachother...Once you break this balance, you have chaos...which ultimately leads to divorce. This is why they say that you have to find your IDEAL mate, someone who fits right into your life and makes up for the aspects that seem to be missing in your life.

I believe that a man IS and should be the HEAD OF THE HOUSEHOLD. This doesn't mean that the woman should wash his feet and drink the water. This means that he is source from which the family gathers strength and protection. This doesn't mean that a woman can't be the head of the household. In many cases, mothers have to be both the man and woman of the house. But, as long as the couple is together, it is the man who should be the head of the house. Otherwise, you have an unbalanced relationship, that is doomed to fall apart. I think we can see this when we compare the rate of divorce now, to the one back in the 50's, for example.

I actually wasn't refering to your post
and I completely agree with you on this...if financially the husband cannot provide for himself, his wife, and his kids then I think it is in the best interest of the family for the wife to get a job, at least one that doesnt consume too much of her time, but if the husband can provide for the entire family I dont see why the wife is not willing to sacrifice her career to spend 100% of her time with her kids...I'd rather be there for and with my kids then spend half the day at an office doing things for other people.

            • If i was a man, something that would impress me would be a woman who is ...

'noorp' and ' kanatsy' woman....who is deer like , like a jeyran....

to be overly feminist actually goes against the beauty of woman.
feminism is not attractive. It makes women lose their femininity.

God created beautiful creatures such as woman.... he made us feminine...not masculine. He gave us beautiful curves, arched brows, long lashes, lips that turn red when in the height of passion.....which attracts men....
He made us beautiful, why go against it by being overly feminist, being unkept, masculine.... and vulgar looking at times? Some of the extreamist feminists are completely vulgar looking at times....those who take it way too far...its just gross

ps , i dont give a sh!t if you dont agree with me , or like my opinion

YES YES you nailed it on the head, that is what I was trying to say. Except my beef is not with "butch looking feminists" but rather the whole unfeminine nature of the "career woman".

                • being kanatsy or noorp doesnt mean you arent feminin....
or that you dont think woman should have rights.

it just means you are delicate, beautiful and feminin.

you dont have to go out wearing no bra, or not shaving......
by looking like an ape, doesnt mean you are being feminist or feminin.

This is the biggest pile of useless tumbling weed I’ve ever encountered. Who in the world taught you this nonsense? First of all vulgar and masculine are two different things. Second of all, learn to spell feminine before setting your heart and soul on your supposed meaning of the word. And last but not least, learn about feminism and then speak of it. Otherwise it seems like you picked up your philosophy at some isolated farm in Iraq.

Oh yeah, be a nice jayran (deer), and hop back to the woods to be feminin and submissive to your vulgar male deer.
