Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated

U.S. evacuates its citizens from Azerbaijan over terrorist threat
      February 17, 2011 - 19:01 AMT 15:01 GMT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Following the security alert issued by the U.S State Department to urge U.S. citizens to refrain from visiting Azerbaijan over a terrorist threat, the U.S. Embassy in Baku advised American entrepreneurs to freeze their business in Azerbaijan and leave it.

As a result of the action, around 20 American families have left Azerbaijan. The evacuation of the U.S. citizens from Azerbaijan is reasoned by the strong belief that the Azerbaijani law enforcers will be unable to ensure security of foreigner in case of an act of terrorism, Pia.az reported.

Earlier, Great Britain, Israel, France, Germany and a range of other countries issued similar security alerts.
Looks like US has some convincing evidence...

Dammit Federate, you always seem to find a way to infuriate me, lol.
its funny how we can counter everything this idiot said:
He talks about the elections in Armenia. How is the 10 deaths the most deaths in the post soviet countries?

73 azeris died during this post election riot

He talks about how the conflict is between Armenia and azerbaijan with the communities in Artsakh being the interested parties, here is a video of Shavarsh Kocharyan talking about how gaydar aliyev signed an agreement stating he was sending a delegate to speak with the Artsakh President and Ministers

Why didnt he send him to Armenia if Armenia is the conflicting party?

God i wish i was there to shut this douchebag up

He talks about the narcotics transfer through Artsakh. What about the Wikileaks article about the transfer of narcotics through azerbaijan and how govt members even receive cuts from those.

stupid idiot, and he does sound like a clown. Oh and he forgot to mention the dictatorship of Aliyev and how his regime has jailed and killed any person who dared to say anything critical of the regime, while we allow opposition to freely criticise and protest. And let's not get into the hazing that goes on in the Azeri army. He also fails to mention how Azeri tried to ethnically cleanse Karabakh of Armenians leading up to the war and oppressed the armenian population throughout all of Soviet Union, Azeris lost the right to govern that territory and this clown should just sit down and stop crying.

Phd my ass, he probably went to clown school, and that's where he learned to speak like a clown. We should organise and send Armenians to similar Azeri events.

Probably they would beat the Armenians or kill them. The thing is, we Armenians are not a violent, savage people. We don't have the barbarism most nations have, nor the imperialism the West has, which too some extent, is unfortunate. Let them pretend to be tough, we will kick their ass on the battlefield.

What needs to be changed is our information system and propaganda activities. In this world it's about how much you shout, and how much money you spend, rather than what you are saying. Also it plays a role that Azerbaijan has oil, and as soon as the oil has disappeared (2019), most Western countries won't give a damn about what they say.

Anyway, I would like to see Armenians to be more hard, just like other nations. This time, mercy must not be in our vocabulary. We have to get rid of them all, I mean literally all.

Hayots Ashkharh: Levon Ter-Petrosyan plans to aggravate domestic situation in Armenia

                      February 18, 2011 | 08:35
According to the information at the Hayots Ashkarh daily’s disposal, the wife and son of the Armenian first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan left for U.S. via Yerevan-London-Los Angeles on February 16.

Ter-Petrosyan has an intention to aggravate the situation in the country and has a good idea of its consequences and risks. This was the reason he decided to send his family members abroad in this important stage of the revolutionary movement. It is not ruled out that he will send the rest of his family members to U.S.

Armenian National Congress plans activities, which is fraught with unpredictable consequences.

This is the reason Ter-Petrosyan ensured the security of his son and wife. “It is noteworthy, they left the country before March 1 bloody events,” the daily writes.
We, Armenians, are so pathetic, that we can't even cope with an enemy of the state, a thug, criminal who wants to sell our country and destroy our nation. Yes, a person like this is more respected and supported than true nationalists (and I am not speaking of Serzh Sargysyan), but others, that you probably don't know because people don't give a damn about true nationalists and true Armenians. Armenia doesn't need democracy, as most probably these dirty bastards will come to power (as always with USA supported governments), we need a (national-socialistic) government which has a tight control over the country and just has liberal economic rules and economic freedom.
