                Azerbaijan has occupied Field Karabakh

Head of “Modus Vivendy” center Ara Papyan has searched for a long time not the Woodrow Wilson’s verdict,
but for the enclosed maps, whereas 5 of them are big maps and they’re related to one question.
Today during the press conference Ara Papyan said that according to those documents,
not only the mountainous Karabakh belongs to Armenia, but also Field Karabakh.

“They blame us as if we have occupied the Mountainous Karabakh, while there must be
legislative document confirming that NK is a part of Azerbaijan”.

In legal point of view Azerbaijan has occupied Field Karabakh.
Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

                      Azerbaijan, Barda, June 3 /Trend, S.Dzhaliloglu/

Armenian armed forces killed an Azerbaijani civilian on June 3, Trend regional correspondent reports.

A resident of Azerbaijani Agjabedi district Elmar Piriyev was killed by the Armenian armed forces in the line of contact near the Chamanli village of Agdam district.

Official information has not been made yet.

The conflict between the two South Caucasus countries began in 1988 when Armenia made territorial claims against Azerbaijan. Armenian armed forces have occupied 20 percent of Azerbaijan since 1992, including the Nagorno-Karabakh region and 7 surrounding districts.

Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a ceasefire agreement in 1994. The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group - Russia, France, and the U.S. - are currently holding the peace negotiations.
Armenia has not yet implemented the U.N. Security Council's four resolutions on the liberation of the Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding regions.
