Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

Այսօր խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցավ վարչապետի ընտրության քվեարկությունը: ՀՀԿ-ն դեմ քվեարկեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թեկնածությանը: ՀՀԿ-ականների ելույթներում կրկին ավանդական դեմագոգիան էր անվտանգության, աշխարհքաղաքական իրողությունների, գաղափարականության, ողջախոհության, կայունության եւ այլնի մասին:

Տեսնել էր պետք, թե ինչպես են ՀՀԿ-ականները խոսում պետության ճակատագրի մասին, լռության մատնելով այն, որ այս շարժումն էլ ըստ էության պետության ճակատագրի հետ նրանց խաղալու հետեւանքն է:

Այսօրվա երկարուձիգ քննարկումը ցույց տվեց, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ՀՀԿ-ն ցույց տվեց, որ սպառված ու անհամարժեք է արդեն անհնարինության աստիճան: Նրանց ելույթները նման էին աղերսանքի՝ համակերպվել, միասին ելքեր գտնել, որը նրանց տրամաբանությամբ կարելի է բնորոշել մեկ բառով՝ մորթապաշտություն:

Առավոտյան ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարն ասում էր, որ շարժումը սկսվել էր կոնկրետ պահանջով, այն է՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականը, որն արդեն եղել է: Ակնարկն այն էր, թե ինչու են այլ պահանջներ առաջ քաշում, մասնավորապես վարչապետի պաշտոնն ու իշխանության փոփոխությունը: Հնարավոր է՝ շարժման ղեկավարների համար ինչ որ փուլում եղել է նման խնդիր, բայց այդ խնդիրն արդեն չկա:

Իսկ Արա Բաբլոյանը կոչ էր անում երկխոսել, բանակցել. �Ինչպե՞ս եք պատկերացնում ձայներ ստանալ առանց երկխոսության, առավել ևս ժամանակավոր կառավարություն ձևավորել, երբ ձեր ընտրվելու պարագայում ԱԺ-ում ունենալու եք մեծամասնություն կազմող ընդդիմություն�:

ՀՀԿ-ն այդպես էլ չհասկացավ, թե ինչ է կատարվել, որ ընտրությունը ոչ թե Նիկոլի վարչապետ լինել-չլինելն էր, այլ խորքային մի բան, եւ որ հիմա կատարվողն ավելին է, քան պարզ ներքաղաքական գործընթաց, որը կարելի է ընդամենը ձգձգել՝ տարբեր սխեմաներ մտածելով:

Այս մասին դեռ խոսակցություն կլինի:

Կար տեսակետ, որ ՀՀԿ-ն իր վերջին տարիների հանցագործություններից հետո կօգտագործի գուցե վերջին շանսը՝ խաղաղ հեռանալու ասպարեզից: ՀՀԿ-ն այդպես էլ չհասկացավ, որ արդեն նույնիսկ բռնվելու տեղ չկա, չկա մի բան, որ կհամոզի մարդկանց իրենց իշխանության մնալու մեջ: Եվ դա հրաշալի բնորոշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում. �Զարմանալի մի բան տեղի ունեցավ, երբ ՀՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները իրենց գոյություն չունեցող տեսիլքը պահպանելու համար անցան հակապետական հռետորիկայի: Այդ հայտարարությունները ոչ միայն ուղղված են ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգությանը, այլև նպատակ ունեն խաթարելու Հայաստանի և մի շարք երկրների բարեկամական հարաբերությունները: Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր փորձում են ակնարկել, թե այս ամենի մեջ ինչ-որ մութ ուժերի սցենար կա, նրանք վիրավորում են սեփական ժողովրդին: Նրանք էնքան են կտրված սեփական ժողովրդից, որ վիրավորում են ժողովրդին, մտածելով, որ նրանք այնքան ուժ չունեն, որ առանց օտար ուժերի նման բան անեին",- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ որևէ ցնցում ու բախում չի լինի, որովհետև ժողովրդի դեմ կանգնած որևէ ուժ չկա, ՀՀԿ-ն ինքնաոչնչացվել է: Այսօր առավոտից ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորները ԱԺ ամբիոնից ադրբեջանական քարոզչություն են իրականացնում: Սա ի՞նչ է, եթե ոչ օգնության հուսահատ կոչ՝ ուղղված Ադրբեջանին ու նրա ղեկավարին: Եվ սա ՀՀԿ ինքնաոչնչացման ամենավերջին կատեգորիան է, ասաց նա:

Մյուս կողմից, ՀՀԿ-ն այսօրվա քվեարկությամբ ու ժամանակ ձգելով ակամա ավելի է հզորացնում ժողովրդական շարժումը, Նիկոլին դնելով ավելի պատասխանատու որոշումների առաջ, քան պարզապես իշխանության փոփոխությունը:

Oligarkh families have to be taken into custody.
I anderstand that lot of them have sent their families abroad. Diasporan groups should target them if republicans start spilling people�s blood.

Putin and Russia will lose Armenia if they go against the people. Putin is very calculating he wont risk losing Armenia plus all the turmoil he will have to face. God forbid the scenario you just described though, I cant imagine what will happen with our army on the border in Artsakh.

Հանրապետական պատգամավոր, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ, Շիրակի նախկին մարզպետ և ՀՀ նախագահի վերահսկողական ծառայության նախկին ղեկավար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում պարզաբանել է, թե ինչու է քվեարկել վարչապետի պաշտոնում առաջադրված ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգտին:

�Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, ես քվեարկել եմ ժողովրդի թեկնածուի օգտին՝ իմ խղճի թելադրանքով�, - հայտարարել է Ցոլակյանը:

Ազգային ժողովի հատուկ նիստում այսօր երեկոյան կայացած քվեարկության արդյունքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չստացավ բավարար թվով ձայներ․ նրա օգտին քվեարկեց 45, դեմ՝ 56 պատգամավոր:

�Ծառուկյան� դաշինքը և Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն կուսակցությունն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էին, որ սատարելու են ՀՀ վարչապետի �Ելք� խմբակցության թեկնածուին: 105 պատգամավոր ունեցող խորհրդարանում �Ելք�, �Ծառուկյան� և ՀՅԴ խմբակցությունները միասին ունեն 47 ձայն (ՀՅԴ-ական Աղվան Վարդանյանը հայտարարեց չքվեարկելու մասին): Ընտրվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է նվազագույնը 53 ձայն: ՀՀԿ-ն ունի 58 մանդատ:

Ընդամենը մեկ հանրապետական կողմ քվեարկեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Շիրակի նախկին մարզպետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը:

Քվեարկությունից հետո Հանրապետության հրապարակում կայացած հանրահավաքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց․ - �Գեներալ Ֆելքիս Ցոլակյանն իր սեփական անունը ոսկե տառերով է գրել ժողովրդի սրտերում և հոգիներում�:
