Ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներ, ինչպես և ՀՀ-ում Ինտերպոլի ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրոն, համագործակցելով եվրոպական մի շարք երկրների իրավապահ կառույցների ու Ինտերպոլի հետ, ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում հայտնաբերել են ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից միջազգային մակարդակով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Նարեկ Ալեքսանդրի Սարգսյանին:

Հայտնաբերման պահին նա ներկայացրել է Գվատեմալայի քաղաքացու կեղծ անձնագիր՝ Ֆրանկլին Գոնսալեսի անհատական տվյալներով:

Հետախուզվողի հայտնաբերման մասին տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությանը՝ էքստրադիցիայի գործընթացը կազմակերպելու նպատակով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 26-ին հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ քրեական օրենսգրքի ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ կրելու և թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու կամ պատրաստելու նպատակով կամ դրանց ապօրինի իրացնելու հատկանիշներով:

Հուլիսի 6-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում, հուլիսի 24-ին՝ միջազգային հետախուզում:

Ոստիկանությունը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատեց, որ չկան չբացահայտվող հանցագործություններ, չկան չհայտնաբերվող հետախուզվողներ, երբ գերխնդիրը արդարադատության իրականացումն է, և գործում է պրոֆեսիոնալ ու հետևողական ոստիկանական համակարգ:

All this struggle and Revolution was not so at the end we would have gey parade in Yerevan.
I, for one, will do everything not to allow western ultra liberalism screw up our children.
Freedom, equality, equal opportunities, honest government economic prosperity do not mean ultra liberalism and sexual bezpredel(anarchy) and parading or forcing in schools and confusing children in their natural sexual evolvement.
Most of Armenians do not accept it. We are a conservative Christian society.
Revolution was not about sexual westernization, it was for people’s government, end of corruption. Our national self governance and prospering.
All of our people agree on this.
Let us not confuse it.
Next steps should be to strengthen our unity and be clear about all this.
