Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Re: Presidential elections 2008 in Armenia

Take a close look at their garbage below taken from their website:

These idiots may be Turks, or Turks employing Armenian garbage, nevertheless, their political rhetoric is somewhat familiar. I have heard this kind of crap being spoken by human waste in Yerevan. Thank God, however, that they are a minority. And thank God they get heads cracked open by the authorities when they get out of hand. Nonetheless, when well meaning Armenian morons, and there are so many, choose to attack the political status quo in Yerevan these are the types of individuals they are essentially empowering. Sadly, what most of us fail to realize, including many of our so-called politicians, is that there are forces opposed to Armenian interests waiting on the horizon for any opportunity to take over the reigns of government in Yerevan.

Just look at their political rhetoric closely, they are not much that different from that of the Armenian Assembly's political stance, and we all know how popular the AA is amongst non-Dashnak Amerikahais. Moreover, there are aspects in their rhetoric that is very similar to what Paruir Hayrikian wants, to what Armen Baghdasarian wants, to even what Raffi Hovanissian wants to what Levon Ter Petrosian wanted - namely to rid Yerevan of Artsakhtsis, to rid the Armenian people of nationalism, to rid Russians from Armenia and to foster better relations with Turks.

Anyway, crap like this enforces the idea that the Armenian Republic is <<not>> ready for "democracy" yet.

"Armenia is not Karabakh and Yerevan is not Stepanakert's branch!"party.

    main points in brief:

1.The russian military troops must be completely and unconditionally taken out of the territory of Armenia! As infringing on sovereignity of Armenia as well as a destabilizing factor in establishing neighbourly relations between Armenia and neighbouring countries. We demand from the authorities of fascist Russia immediately to take their military bases out of the territory of our country! ( You must understand that putin's Russia, because of fear to loose its military bases in Armenia, makes its best not only in preventing Armenia from establishing good, neighbourly relations with Azerbajan & Turkey, but also in getting Armenia as enemy to Georgia. Also, today's Russia is almost a fascist country. So our GREAT DESIRE and main goal is to get the russian militaries out of our country as soon as possible.)

    2. We condemn so called "karabagh movement" and the karabagh regime in Armenial! We are for peaceful and step by step settlement of the karabagh conflict on the way of recognizing territorial integrity of Azerbajan and step by step return the karabagh territories to Azerbajan.

    3. We must have made the current authorities in Armenia to stop so called "demand recognition of genocide of armenians" as itself insulting honor and dignity of an armenian, alien to us and unhealthy demand.
We also demand from authorities of France immediately to repeal the bill "about genocide of armenians", passed by the french parliament, and no more speculate on armenian-turkish relations, on a century old events from the history of Armenia neither in interests of France nor in selfish plans of some french politics!

    4. We are for creating with Turkey favourable and lasting bases for mutually beneficial cooperation, for opening borders between our countries etc. We demand from the current authorities in Armenia to open the borders between Armenia&Turkey with no the stupid demand, described above in p3., what they made to Turkey as the condition of opening borders.

5.Our party did not participate in last parliament elections in Armenia because we understand that the supreme body of legislative power in Armenia must be "Geraguyn Khorhurd". (like "Verkhovna Rada" in Ukraine) But we are going to take part in the upcoming presidential elections and we encourage international organizations to give us political support so that our candidate would be registered on the elections.

    6. We are for integration with the European Union only under the condition of not violation the moral ethical standards of our society and that Armenia will not be ever used by the european structures as a platform for threat neighbour countries.

7.We are for restoring loosen under current regime moral ethical standards and spirit valuables, justice in our society, creating economics based on the princip of just distribution.

    Armen Ghazaryan,
    Executive Chief,
"Armenia is not Karabagh and Erevan is not
    Stepanakert's branch!" party,
Thank God for Kocharyan, thank God for Sarkisian, thank God for Ghukasian, thank God for Seyran Ohanyan, thank God for the ARF and thank God for Mother Russia.
