I know what the topic of the thread is. "Am I Armenian?"

Apparantly the person in question is not, but passes himself off as an Armenian (and gives us a bad name in the process), which is on the topic of the thread.

The person in question is encountering the possibility that he IS Armenian. The ethnicity that he has believed all along that he is would be Kurdish with Turkish citizenship, born in Turkey.

Wether Armenian or Kurdish, he has never given either a bad name that I have seen and I find it very immature of you to make such a judgement as a gumshoe in this forum.

Personal attacks? My my, so touchy. I find the apauling behaviour of such people utterly disgusting and you seem to find it as something acceptable that shouldn't even be criticized.

First, we don't care what you find appauling. Second, you came to this forum, the forum didn't come to you. We have rules, one of which forbids the kind of personal attack you have made here. If you think the rules are too touchy one of three things can happen:

You can change your attitude, abide by the rules and stay.
You can leave on your own accord, and go find a site thats not so "touchy".
You can stay, keep up the bad attitude and be swifty banned permanently.

Its your choice what you do, but consider this a warning.

I don't think so. The person in question is RUDO, not 1.5 million, and the thread is about RUDO. IF, he meant 1.5 million he did a terrible job of conveying that.

Regardless, the rules don't say "Don't insult RUDO" they say don't insult other forum members, 1.5 million falls under that with everyone else. Furthermore about the "Armenianness" of members including 1.5 million - tkatz unem! This isn't a pissing contest of ethnicities. Nobody cares who you identify with or what your blood content is here, and talking as if someone does care is an insult to yourself.

So, my post stands, you insult anyone like that, you're going to have problems here - that includes moderators too. Boubrig is out of line no matter how you look at it...

Welcome to the forum Kamikazian, in the future, if you have a moderation related question, send moderators (myself and Tongue) a private message.

Not all member warnings are posted publically, in fact most of them are conducted via PM, as was the case in the post in question.

Posts like that are entirely inappropriate and against the forum rules. They are not tolerated in this forum.

I wasn't insulting the person in question, but merely stating that he is giving Armenians a bad name which BTC can confirm from his personal experiences and encouters. I'm not interested in insulting anyone and I'm not trying to either and the reason I wrote "touchy" was because I didn't see that as an insult. If there was a turk posting here and pretending to be Armenian and I called him on it, would I get warned not to insult this person? Would it even be an insult? I just think that it's not right that someone should be allowed to impersonate an Armenian and do or say things that Armenians would get blamed for, but if you think that's ok, hey, it's your forum.

Here we go again... nobody cares about your crusade to expose members of this forum for being this or that, pretending this or that, or having this or that percentage of Armenian blood in their veins. Many times I have seen Armenians try to show off their blood percentage to others, and they usually end up being the biggest *waste* of our nations blood...

Well Pal, Tongue DID see it as insulting, and it's Tongue's job to enforce the rules, in which insults of that nature are prohibited. If Tongue thought you were insulting others that's all you need to know - you've crossed the line. Furthermore I also responded letting you know you were being insulting now not only to members but to the moderator as well. In other words 100% of the moderation team on this forum thinks you were wrong, so you better be careful.
