It is the history of mankind. It is the history of humanity - or in this case INhumanity, and finally it is the history of every nation involved and affected. The Armenian Genocide is just as much France's History, Germany's History, Britain's History, Armenia's History, Syria's History, Egypt's History (etc. - I could go on but I think you get the point) as it is the OTTOMAN EMPIRE's HISTORY. Nobody retains exclusive ownership over the Armenian Genocide History except mankind.
Furthermore, please notice I didn't say "Turkey's History". You people are always saying how the Ottoman Empire and the Republic of Turkey are not the same gov't / nation / people / society so you can't be held responsible for Ottoman crimes. The fact of the matter is that TURKEY has no claim to the history of the Armenian Genocide. They only legacy you have to claim is 91 years (and counting) of cover-up, denial and state-sponsored brainwash - that is all yours - and I don't think anyone wishes to get involved in it.
All these above nations were involved or effected by the AG, and they all have the right to tell the story the way it was. Turkey, wasn't even a twinkle in Mustafa Kemal's eye when the world witnessed the Armenian Genocide, and therefore has no right to pretend like a witness.
