Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

This is a 1997 article from ARABICNEWS.com about rockets filled with mustard gas and nerve agent destroyed during Gulf War I:
OH OH and here is the best part !
Iraq informed UN weapons inspectors only recently that hundreds of rockets filled with mustard gas and nerve gas were stored at the site
But I guess before Gulf War II Sadam ordered the rest of the munitions destroyed out of the kindness of his heart.
This article is from Arabnews, so I don’t want to hear any nonsense about “the western media”.

Here's a good quote from former chief weapons inspector Blix:
Mr. Blix said that Iraq "appears not to have come to a genuine acceptance - not even today - of the disarmament which was demanded of it and which it needs to carry out to win the confidence of the world and to live in peace."On chemical weapons, Mr. Blix said, UNMOVIC has information which conflicts with the Iraqi claim that it had produced the deadly VX nerve agent only on a pilot scale, in small amounts and in such poor quality that it was never weaponized and was subsequently destroyed.

OH and i'd like to address all of the peace activists. Shut the xxxx up. I can honestly say that your "no war" bull crap will get the US nowhere in global politics. You want people to listen to you? Free oppressed nations? Make third world countries a better place? Well going on a hunger strike or walking out of your damn classrooms isn't going to accomplish jack xxxx. Only one thing is respected in the modern world. Action. We can stick out are filthy white American middle class tongues out at Sadam all we want, but the only thing that could have changed the thousands of deaths taking place weekly in Iraq would be to go in there and stop it.
Allow me to predict the following posts. Dorobo is a war monger. Dorobo supports president Bush (HAHAHAHAHAHAHA). Dorobo thinks that America should bully other countries around.
Answer to this? Give me a xxxxing break. Don’t categorize me into any of your damn political view stereotypes. I wish war wasn't part of our daily society. But to believe otherwise is simply moronic. I cannot even begin to comprehend how that stupid xxxxer Bush got his Hick ass into the oval office. That happening shows the flaws and evils of politics. And I wish we didn't have to go and act as the international police man, but if we have to go and act as someone’s hard hitting ass kicking conscience, then so be it.
We all just repeat what others tell us to believe. No matter what facts we think that we are making an educated decision on, the are in all actuality tainted and dripping with bias.

I like you better quiet DOROBO...
you need stronger facts if you wanna get into this whole war thing!

He has about as much facts as you do, which is none.
The only thing he did was gas Kurds, and he doesn't consider him his people, and there is even speculation as to the degree of seriousness it involved.
It's funny how you just dedicate one or two lines of unsubstantiated text to say that Saddam used WMDs. Surely Colon Powell and Bush would have provided this as evidence to the UN, instead of forged documents of Saddams alleged WMDs don't you think?Achkerov kute.

Oh and in case anyone is wondering what "VX" is, read this:
V-series agents for “venomous.” VX is an oily liquid that is clear, odorless and tasteless. It can be amber colored and similar in appearance to motor oil.
It is possible that any visible VX liquid contact on the skin, unless washed off immediately, would be lethalBecause it evaporates so slowly, VX can be a long-term threat as well as a short-term threat. Surfaces contaminated with VX should therefore be considered a long-term hazardEven a tiny drop of nerve agent on the skin can cause sweating and muscle twitching where the agent touched the skin

The UN inspection team overlooked by Hans Blix reported that whatever weapons were there were destroyed and Iraq cooperated. The UN Inspection team knows more about it than you or ABC and hence why they said the war was not prudent since there was no evidence of any weapons of mass destruction, nor have any been found.
There is a 5 year difference between 1997 and now. To use that vague one liner about mustard gas as a jutification of war is pretty silly. Are you going to tell me that poses a threat to the U.S.? Nevermind that his rockets cannot even reach U.S. soil.
So we have to attack Saddam because of silly mustard gas and nerve agents? What about the U.S. and depleted Uranium? Surely someone should attack us for that, no? I mean look at all the depleted Uranium used on Iraq. What about America's own soldiers who came back with the 'Gulf War Syndrome' which the government vehemently denied?Achkerov kute.

I never said it's ethically okay for Saddam to kill Kurds. I just tried to show the common fallacy of saying Kurds are his own people, which he doesn't consider them otherwise he wouldn't have killed them.
The fact that you call me closed minded and riddled with conspiracy shows how far you go. Conspiracy exists in all legal systems. I tried to demonstrate to you that if regular people can committ conspiracy so can the government as it is itself composed of people. You just either ignored for whatever odd reasons because it creates a revolt in your edifice of thought.
Evidence of weapons of mass destruction do not exist. Otherwise the U.S. wouldn't have been caught with forged papers. Why do you think they did this? They were humiliated worldwide for stooping so low.
What patlajan presented were nothing more than minor mustard gas and nerve gas which won't even reach U.S. soil. Those are silly weapons to use as a premise for war. I thought Saddam was elevated to the status of Hitler with all his ingenius nuclear weapons that were targeting the U.S. etc., etc. Ask yourself, how did he get those silly mustard gas rockets in the first place? Who helped fund his programs? The finger points back at the U.S.
Now unless you can make a valid case for war then this thread is like I said nothing but circular drivel. If Bush and Co. had to forge papers to convince the UN to support them for war, what makes you think posting little one liners from ABC website is going to hold any more credence?
Like I said, that was 1997, 5 years ago. The recent UN Inspection team under Hans Blix reported no such things and in fact overlooked the destruction of many of his "boogie man" weapons.
The only country in the Middle East to possess nuclear weapons is the terrorist state of Israel. Why isn't anyone harping on them about that? There is no evidence that Saddam possess anything like that, nor is a threat, nor has missile capabilities to reach the U.S. Come on, that's directly from Republican Generals in the Army.Achkerov kute.
