The original was released today by a blogger from Armenia. Siggie and I edited it to fix the font, the image size and an error in Artsakh's portion in the map where the provinces of Hadrut, Martuni and Askeran were merged into one.

Here is a brand new map just released on the Internet of Armenia and Artsakh for everyone's use. All rights to this map belong to the Armenian people, copying it and spreading it is welcome!

Post it in blogs, forums, Facebook, YouTube videos or just simply share it with other people. Once it is on the Internet, it should spread like wildfire if enough people share the picture around.

Thank you for this Catharsis. This is around the time when the campaign to rid Armenia and Artsakh of incorrect maps commenced. One of the guests, Tigran Kocharyan, has been a strong proponent and leader in the campaign. As described, he is a prominent blogger from Armenia and posts under the username "Pigh". He was also the one who gave the interview after the "Days of Azerbaijan" fiasco which was protested through the 'soap action'.

A year later almost, Armenians on the Internet and in Armenia have made a difference as many news websites and TV channels have changed their maps, such as the weather reports in Armenia.

Here is a cool map I found of the Caspian countries with does not include Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan. Spread it around the Internet just like all the other maps I post here.

Good map - Nakhichevan exclave indeed looks like the Prodigal Son of Mother Armenia.

Interesting to note the colors of the (unofficial) flag used in the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic in the 1990s.
