Does that strip me of the right to engage in criticism? For that enterprise is an easy one, as you might have noticed when challenging other peoples' statements with unrelenting frequency. Posting undeniable facts to critics is a much more tedious enterprise of which not many of us here seem intent on doing when we make our statements. Instead, we mostly criticize one another wherever we feel it is necessary.

Which judge and jury decides what evidence successfully supports the case?

Good question. I guess it's all relative to what methodology the community believes will yield scientifically plausible results, and whether they believe the evidence was found in a way that is consistent with their methodology. For example, when someone claims Armenian and Celtic form a sub-group in Indo-European, they are essentially claiming that they share a common ancestor more recently spoken than proto-Indo-European that excludes any of the other daughter branches of Indo-European, such as Greek, Indo-Iranian, etc... If the method for finding such evidence is able to prove that Armenian and Celtic share the precise sort of features which suggest they form a sub-group within Indo-European, it must also demonstrate that Armenian can't form a sub-group with any of the other daughters. Otherwise it just emphasizes what the author believes to be close similarities between two languages as "proof" for sub-grouping them.

So to reiterate, two things are required to identify a sub-group within a language family:
1. A reliable theory for which set of grammatical features shared between two or more languages suggest that they form a sub-group.
2. A demonstration that the same theory applied for testing sub-group membership with other daughter branches, fails.

The only truth is our main gene is European and in our overwhelming majority we look like Southern Europeans...
Armenians ARE white...and just like any Southern European nation we have small non white minority who are genetically not Armenians...

Even those Armenians who come from ME eventually get close not to Arabs but Europeans in other countries...

It's intresting that their are so many Armenians in Argentina. Spaniards on the whole they are very nice people. Even if they are lazy!

This question is being discussed on every single forum, on every single YT video and majority of Armenians are not even aware of their own genetics...I hope my posts sorted out some questions first of all for Armenians themselves.

And no need to pretend we as Armenians are above all these discussions. We are under huge anti-Armenian propaganda which denies our history, our culture, our genetics. denying genetics is a part of the same propaganda. Why do you think Georgian and Azeri propaganda machine claims we are not natives to the land ( but from India lol)? Because if we are not natives then we are denied the rights on our Artsakh and our Javakhk...

who told you that armenians came from india? armenians came to caucasus from anatolia when urartu fell. urartu was the strongest kingdom in caucasus, but they were caucasians and not indo-europeans.in urartu lives many tribes and on of them was georgian but most of them were northcaucasians tribe such as waynakhs and som daghestnians. now about javakheti. javakheti is hisorical part of meskhetia and when meskhs lived there by that time armenians lived in anatolia
