Well usually economic problem is correlated with reproductive problem. Armenia's birth rate is alarmingly low, but with improved economy, and also with encouragement by government to have bigger families, it can be made better. I think though one of the ways to approach the moral issues is through firstly education in schools via religious education and so forth (already being done under title "History of Armenian Church"). I also think that our civil laws should be compatible with God's law and our national church should play a bigger in everyday life and have more say in the political process. The way it is now, we change our laws/decrees based on what some liberal European bureaucrats tell us too. I really don't like that.
