Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

I don't want to, but it's going to some of our men. Plus, we have to counter balance the loss of our women to foreigners, and take in foreigners, raising the children as Armenian. We are a small race, we need to take heed when it comes to this.

Promoting Armenians to marry Armenians is a sensible notion. But if you want to switch to insults, go ahead...

And of course, in just a slighty different form, that proposed reality is being promoted by an organisation at the very heart of Armenia - the Armenian Church.

But to me what is sad is how the supposed intellectuals on this board always let the likes of mos get away unapposed with posting dangerous and obnoxious opinions in public. They are the same people who, on a wider stage, just silently hunker down in their bunkers whenever any difficult issue arises.

It's apparent your clueless regarding current Armenian politics and foreign affairs.

Armenia's government's number one foreign policy priority is EU integration, and Armenia very soon will become Associative member of the EU, and who knows maybe some time in the future even a member of the EU. Laws have been reformed to meet EU's standards, and our number one economic partner is EU (by far), plus all the projects and investments EU has spilled into Armenia. Armenia in general actively participates in many EU programs, and that is a good thing.

Our country has many internal problems like corruption, lack of social benefits, things which can be helped with EU cooperation and support from EU political structures. Corruption has been decreasing partly and election qualities increasing partly due to the fact that Armenia's government is trying to meet EU standards. Who are we going to look towards for these issues? Iran, Russia, you've got to be kidding me.

EU has given us good direction, and I have a right to support them, as I see with my own eyes the improvements that have come about with EU's help. So unless you want to become like Belarus which is a oppressive dictatorship that's basically a province of Russia, we have to continue on this course.

I support close relations with EU, but also support maintaining good relations with Russia and Iran who provide a good economic alternative (gas for example). We can be friends with Russia and still be integrating with EU. EU itself wants to have good relations with Russia, so it's becoming more and more mutual. Russia too is slowly creeping towards EU while EU is creeping towards them.

Before you transcend into insulting other members please have substantial claim.

And how does Armenia's EU membership aims square with your policy aims that "migrations of foreigners to Armenia should be restricted" since they will "start marrying/raping our women" (same thing in your eyes?) and that "strict laws should be set against Turks settling in Armenia, and against letting Armenian girls marry any Muslims" and that "in order to buy land you must be Armenian citizen" and making "the lives of the Muslims in Armenia a living hell, by constantly questioning them, and saying that it's for national security" and "give money under the table to target Muslims who seek to steal and rape Armenian women". Maybe you are too blind to realise how disgusting your words are, and how completely incompatible with EU membership standards they are.

There are already laws in place that require a person to be Armenian citizen to own land in Armenia. A Turk can buy a building, but that land isn't his, government has the right to take it if necessary. My uncle owns many stores throughout Armenia and he knows these laws very well.

Second, there are migration laws in EU as well, Armenia has very minimal migration laws, and even though what I said is filled with passion and exaggerated (raping, national security, etc.), the remedy to that is/should be in accordance with EU. And that can be done with sensible migration laws that aim at keeping an adequate balance between foreign population and Armenian population.

Europeans nor Armenians want Turks flooding their respective countries, and both of us should use legal means in preventing that, and I believe it's possible and already is being done.

Can you please quote the law book or any other source. Because I know your talking out of your ass.

Do you know how retarded you sound? Time after time you prove that you know nothing, every time you open your mouth only BS comes out of it. You try to sound high and mighty with relatives that are close to the ruling bodies and say that you'll soon join them and one post there after you say that you hate them. You're nothing more than troll
                      so stop the trolling.
