  • Lal, you yourself were implying that we need to be able to criticize and basically look at the world in different ways, so why are you so upset when we actually do so? Maybe, I don't know, Vahe did go a bit far but it's become a moralistic issue. Anyone that says something against Ataturk, even slightly, turns into an evil creature from the depts of hell, lol. Politics are filled with crap we can't understand half the time. Politicians say one thing but do something else without us knowing. Let's not be so sensitive. You know there are people that still freakin worship Stalin? One of the most demoniac dictators in the world. There's even a small town here in Armenia that still has Stalin's statue erected in it's town square, lol, I kid you not. I'm just saying don't be so sensitive, people can misuse your good heart trust me. These dictators don't deserve all the attention and respect we give them at times.
THE ROAD TO FREEDOM AND JUSTICE IS A LONG ONE!

Actually I agree with most what you have posted. I haven’t replied to your other posts just because there was not much to add to it, believe me. Some times I engage people rather aggressively, but it is not because I am rood or I hate them, It is just a very good way to provoke them to more open discussion.
You seem to me a very honest person, and I appreciate your posts.

              Thanks.

I like your way and it is my way too, most of time.

In Turkish, there is a saying: "Bear loves its child with a claw". I like this philosophy.

well, ım depressed. ım shocked to realise to see what kind of a country ı live in. ı am not like mr arda. ı am not an anarchist or a revolutionist.ı am a quite silent and harmonius person. ı only signed something which ı believed a simple , humatarian subject. but now ı cant imagine how they threaten us.they are keeping the records of people who signed it. we will all be punished ım sure. our telephones are listened by the government.

there was a movie about ataturk, named mustafa, by can dündar. he is also given to court for insulting ataturk. it is a very normal movie. what can ı say. this is the first time ,ı clearly realise that turkey is not a democratic country at all. ı understand europeans.it is like saddam's regime.

at this point, ı have to think myself, not armenians any more.ı reaaly dont care about armenians at all anymore. this is not a joke. ı didnt know this.what shall ı do here. how can ı live here. this is what ı think now. ım scared.

ı dont like to be seen as if ım cooparating with the enemy.

to be a turk and muslim must be something like that.ı must have no feelings.

Common, lal, you are a good girl, don’t be scared they wouldn’t eat you, or would they?

I think first you have to define for yourself who is your enemy....

Vahe, please show more sensitivity. Those that signed the petition are taking a huge chance and could go through some real difficulties.

The petition signers want to see a better country first and foremost and they deserve that.
