Until a Turk mourns or sympathizes for the bloodshed they've done towards our people, we have every right in the world to see them as under-classed cretins who barged in from a Mongol descent from central Asia right into Eastern Europe (Armenia) and Asia minor. They even went to desperate lengths to "westernize" their Asiatic barbaric tribe by changing their official original letters (Turkic) to Latin, in an effort to supposedly "Europeanize."

Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

But I do not believe that anger towards turks now will solve anything. People change, and the turks that were involved in the genoicde differ from the turks that exist today. I am aware that some turkish adolences still shout out hateful things to armenians, but I believe it is only from lack of knowledge. You cannot strike down an entire race on the mistakes others have made in their past. It is like saying, I am a nazi, due to the fact that I am of German heritage. It just isnt right.

Originally posted by jgm1975I understand your point of view. But most Armenians are not trying to spread hateful propaganda against the Turks. All they want is for the Turks to acknowledge their crimes so that both Armenians and Turks can move forward. Regarding the Germans, the reason why people no longer associate ordinary Germans with Nazis is because the Germans, after WWII, acknowledged the crimes of the Nazis and rejected their legacy. The Turks never did that. Worse, if you quiz some Turkish officials in depth, they have this "They asked for it" attitude with regards to what happened to the Armenians, saying that the Armenians were a threat to the Ottoman Empire because they were allied with the Russians. They also have some nostalgia for the Ottoman Empire days, when the massacres happened, whereas in Germany it is forbidden to have any praise for the days of the Third Reich.
Well said. I think that anyone who disagrees with the quote above should not claim to be a member of the human species.

I'm responding more to the early comments made on this thread (the first page) so this may not really pertain to whatever the conversation is at this point.
Regarding Armenians having blind hatred for Turks, there's no way to say we are right or wrong in feeling that. What people do has never really been of interest to me, what does interest me is WHY people do things. If an Armenian doesn't know anything about anything and hates Turks simply cause that's what his parents keep telling him to feel, then yes that is ignorance. If an Armenian has done research, learned history, keeps on top of world politicals and still comes to the same conclusion of hating Turks, then he is not ignorant, he knows WHY he feels that way. I like to think I fall into that latter catagory.Last edited by HyeJinx1984; 07-28-2004, 10:32 AM."All I know is I'm not a Marxist." -Karl Marx

Yes I have seen footages of like innocent Armenians slaughtered at the hands of those middle-eastern pious killers. Armenians have all the right in my opinion to say what they will and are going to say, there is no doubt about that. When the World Wide Web was born, things were quite simple. The internet supported just one device (the PC) and the browsers available were too primitive for me.

Hi from Turkey
Hello everbody,
I am from Ankara/Turkey. I was just surfing on the net and found your forum site. Actually I do not want to disturb you beacuse as I read from previous messages the common point of you is to hate Turks. OK,you hate us because of history, it is understandable although me and most of the Turks do not think like you about the history and I am ready to talk about history with anyone who is ready to talk in a civilised manner. But what I want to say is something different. It is interesting that you, Armenians living at USA,Canada,France, etc. hate us but Armenians in Turkey and a lot of them in Armenia do not hate from us. From my point of view-agree or not-you, the Armenians who born and live in western countries hate from us because this hate is the only link with your Armenian identity. You created a myth about the history which reminds your origin. This is not healty behaviour on mentally. Do you really think that we are barbarians that drink human blood? Is any of yoy been in Turkey? Because if you had been in Turkey even once, you understand that we are not the people that you imaginated in your minds. Anyway, if you feel yourself happy with believing Turks are bastards, go on. I really sorry for the Armenians who died at WW1 but please do not forget that the number of Turks who died at WW1 is much more than Armenians. I love Armenians, we have a lot of similiarities. Our cultures are very similiar (maybe not with you but the Armenians in Turkey and Armenia) It is very bad that you all lost all these good culural habits and only thing reamined to you from us is to hate Turks. Again I am sorry if I disturb you.

Unlike you savages that stole land from Armenian people, the Armenians do not "hate" since they are Christians and devoted to that. I honestly would not blame them though since they have all of the right in the world to despise your pious murders upon a group of innocent people that your ancestors cowardly killed. Yet, you are STILL trying to justify it? Listen, the guilty are the first to speak. You obviously are too stung by the ignorance of your ancestors therefore you had to let your petty rage out on Armenians by going as far as joining their own forum. Look, your bickering is not going to stop Armenians or myself ( I am not Armenian by the way) from denying your cruel ways. You guys as far as my knowledge goes, should be exterminated for your shameful lies and reprehensible excuses for slaughtering a bunch of people, it is too late save your "Sorry" ass some dignity and get the hell out. When the World Wide Web was born, things were quite simple. The internet supported just one device (the PC) and the browsers available were too primitive for me.
