What he did was terribly disrespectful and I honestly don't think any self-respecting girl should take back a guy like that. Things would never be the same again, in moments of argument or disagreement when such things would add fuel to the already growing fire you KNOW it's going to come up again even if you've promised yourself and each other that it won't. It just seems like a headache on top of all the heartache to take such a person back. On top of which, if he was truly trying to be honest with her, if he was a good person beneath it all, he should have told her what he did before he slept with her. Not just to protect her health in the off chance that something might have gone wrong without his knowing it and she has every right to know, but also because she might have made a very different decision as to whether or not to go ahead and sleep with him had she known of his prior cheating... I really don't understand the cowardice of men who cheat and hide and lie about something that always always comes out in the end.

    Very well said.

If he has already started to look elsewhere, then their relationship lacked something from the beginning. Trying to convince himself and the girl that now he finally and truly loves her will not patch things up.

The 50/50 part is the truth. Both are responsible for their actions. The guy can say no to. He doesnt need to stick his "thingy" either he wants to.

            Cut the crap, please. It's a two-way street. 50/50

it's not only women, some guys are just as pathetic! willing to take back the person they had feelings for (who wronged them); as far as i am concerned once someone crosses and deceives me, they're as good as dead to me! no more miss nice and compassionate bruin; they can go to hell, it will not sadden me
