Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

    Re: Strippers And You

A smart businessman would make strip clubs in Armenia and have Armenian dancers, or some Armenian porn.

Oh how quickly it will sell. Build and they shall come (no pun intended).

As long as she's std clean and willing to give up her line of occupation for you, why not? However if she's working as a stripper to pay off things like college loans, medical bills, etc, chances are she'll stay with her current occupation unless she can find a job that pays the same or better (unlikely)

But even if she was std clean and gave up her life as a stripper for you, the question above applies...Can you date her knowing what she's done?

No, lol. It's just... you know. She obviously gave her number (even if it's fake) just to make money from a dance. Yada yada yada...

Basically, run! Don't make me/us go into detail about why this is a bad idea.

No, she is permanently scarred in my eyes for having made that choice. All we are is based on the choices we have made. This will be luggage she will carry for the rest of her life. She may as well have herpes.

Interesting view point. However, i try to see past the choices though and try to understand why they were made in the first place. It's one thing if she became a stripper to sustain a drug habit, it's a completely other thing though if she did it to pay off medical bills or something.

So? She still became a stripper and whorred herself out. To me it's not the underlying rationale that matters. People have many rationales for the things they do. Intentional murder is obviously worse than heat of passion manslaughter in terms of sentencing. However, that does not change the fact that the individual still engaged in a certain act that is morally reprehensible.

I agree. It also pertains to your potential future with such a person-- how can you be with someone knowing that they have a habit of making highly questionable decisions?

                  I hope you are joking.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

                    Re: Strippers And You

First off, yes there are strip clubs in Armenia and YES, there are many, many armenian strippers, unfortunately we aren't still in the 18-1900's. I'd like to talk about a very special incident that I think may change the route this thread has taken completely.

A stripper, as I remember, or was she just working at the club? I don't know. Anyways, there was this one guy who slept with her. He also knew that his friends, maybe four-five had also slept with her. You still with me? So, anyways, this guy liked this girl and after talking to her, he realized who she really was. The phrase "beautiful in the inside" is significant here because she was beautiful both on the outside and the inside. Her job didn't define who she was. This guy got really close to this girl in a matter of days. It appears that money had really forced her to get into that business and this guy pulled her out, married her, and they became a great couple, until today. The guys mom was extremely impressed although at first, she couldn't believe her ears. This girl turned out to be an angel in the end. This is the real life version of Ktor mu Erkunki, one of my all time favorites. The guys friends kept teasing him and feeling uncomfortable but he shunned them off, forgot about them and realized what is more important to him. That guy ... was me. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I'm just kidding, but I would love to have seen the looks on your faces .

The moral of this real-life story is that love has no rules and regulations. It's universal and can make you do things that you always believed you never would. Vigilante, I'm glad that you are truthful but I doubt that girl will ever be with you. Americans aren't always the long-term relationship based people. The girl I talked about was Armenian. American's break up in a matter of weeks, maybe days, it's like a motto, and I'm talking about the good and beautiful girls, what to speak of a stripper? She could be glamorous but I doubt she will ever be more then friends or sex friends, mostly because of the country you live in. Good luck, all the same, but I hope you know your own intentions properly. If you want to just want to go with a guy-gal ploy then you may have landed in the best place. Next time though, I suggest you dial the number she gave you on your cell the second she gives it to you. It will also show that you give your actions more importance and that you don't have time for silly games. If you want love, real love, you'll have to look, not with your eyes but with your heart. Always keep your wits up though, this guy is always there to stop you at every turn, even if you get married. I really suggest you get married with an Armenian girl though, bro, because no matter where you are, your own kind will suite you best, I'm sure. I'm not a fanatic though. If you find someone you care for, be it a Chinese girl, I say love her to your ears. There shouldn't be boundaries in love e.g. I should love an Armenian girl more then a girl from somewhere else. All the best.
THE ROAD TO FREEDOM AND JUSTICE IS A LONG ONE!

That's kinda hot... when did you complete the transformation into Anon E. Mouse, Esq.?
Who can I talk to about just giving you your JD now? I think once you do this in e-forums, you have graduated and can move on to the bar.
