  • Re: does age matter?

Ok I am officially done with older women ... three women in one year ... zero affection zero intamacy ... two had children, one had three ... and that last one over Christmas holiday got back with her old boyfriend because, big shocker, number 4 is now on the way. He's all "stand-offish" too hahah! I'll call the last one a blessing in disguise in that we never got intimate otherwise that 4th one could have been mine! What a giant waste of time ... in all honesty I didn't know she had three kids when I met her. I will never, ever date a woman with children again ... SERIOUSLY!! They have zero time to do anything and then they're all protective about who they "allow into their life". That last quote was stated to me by ALL 3!! lmao Without being prompted ... amazing. So it takes forever to go anywhere relationship wise ... and these three were sort of needy uhhhh

it's A making me A cra-zee!! So yes I agree with my previous thoughts in this thread that older women (not grossly over either like 3 or 4 years) are "slept on", but perhaps there is a reason for that ... womp womp

I have a date with a younger lady next weekend so hopefully that will go better. Keep in mind guys and gals I have been talking to ALL of these ladies for like a year, including the younger lady, so it's not like I just go out there and find a new one. This dating crap takes some serious time, and nice guys do finish last ... dead last.

The second older lady has a learning disabled child so she never EVER has time to do ANYTHING. She really loves him and takes good care of him though and I totally respect that ... still I need to find someone who isn't trying to start "Life Part 2" you know? I'm still on "Life Part 1" so I really don't want to have to live with the life someone created before I arrived. I suppose that is selfish but I really don't have perspective. A: I have never had a child and B: I have never been married so how can I really relate to someone whose main life issues stem from one or both of those points?

    Advice?

Dude, never date a woman who has children. That should be a huge warning to get the f*** out of there. You're going to end up taking care of the children she had with some idiot who was dumb enough to get her pregnant without being ready to raise the kids. Never ever ever ever date a woman with kids. If looking after children is your cup of tea, adopt an orphan from Armenia. Otherwise, stick to women that don't have a history of making bad decisions.

Nothing against older women, they can be much more sensual than younger ones, but not if they have kids.

... seems like a good lesson has been learned here. I'm 100% with ArmSurvival and will just quote myself since a lot of stuff went on in this thread and the real important info somehow got buried:

I was thinking this morning about your post. I figured it would only work out if you genuinely cared for her kids and wanted to support them. She'd love you for that I'd say. But it depends from case to case, like anything.

Yeah I learned my lesson ... hope my post will help other guys here have one example to see what's possible out there

It's like "Looking for Mrs. Goodbar" instead of Mr. ... movie reference ppl The ending has the same effect on men as the original had on women! Taking care of three kids that are not your own "AHHHHHHH!!!"

I remember once listening to Tom Leykis and he was talking about how some men who were dating older women (in their 40s-50s) became interested in their daughters.

Well then they must not like older women imo ... "some men" is pretty general too. I genuinely like to date women who are 2-4 years older than I am as I find mature women more attractive than immature little girls. Sad thing is as much as things change even more remains the same ...

... many ppl say that its not quite right..what do u think?
for me i would say is it right unless theres strong love beetween them also its okey to be at the same age but not over 6 years differences and put in mind that always guy must be older then the girl if in the case of theres 5 or 6 years differences

Age matters alot, I think as soon as both of them turn 18 then age wont really matter because under 18 is really risky. I know somebody that is 30 & dating a 19 year old, I dont approve of it but I guess its ok because after 18 (in society) your considered an adult. So in my opinion once the man & woman are 18 & + its ok.
