Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Azerbaijani reconnaissance detachment’s attack “mean provocation”, RA President states

    June 19, 2010 | 16:11

RA President Serzh Sargsyan designated as a “mean provocation” an Azerbaijani reconnaissance detachment’s attempt to intrude into the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR). The Armenian leader is currently on a visit to Saint Petersburg where, on June 17, he held talks on the Karabakh peace process with his Russian and Azerbaijani counterparts.

“Late last night I received information on an Azerbaijani armed detachment attempts to intrude into the NKR territory. The attempts were thwarted. The Azerbaijani side incurred losses, unfortunately, we had victims as well,” the President said. Serzh Sargsyan expressed condolences to the victims’ relatives. “I realize that it is too difficult to relieve their pain, but it is possible by strengthening the statehood of Armenia and NKR,” Serzh Sargsyan noted.

Provocations are unacceptable, and the recent mean provocation is unacceptable even more, as it came just hours after the meeting held under Russia’s mediation, President Sargsyan said. NEWS.am correspondent reports from Saint Petersburg. “It means the mediators should think over the situation, as provocations, going unpunished, not to say unanswered, will lead to such or even worse consequences. It is disrespect for the OSCE Minsk Group as well,” he said.

The President also stressed that the Armenian side has no intention to revise its stance due to the provocation, “as we are consciously participating in the talks and keep on pursuing our objective.”

“I am confident that the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s independence will be recognized – it is our goal,” he added.

On June 18, at 11:30 p.m. an Azerbaijani reconnaissance detachment intruded into Nagorno-Karabakh from Azerbaijan. The trespasser Azerbaijanis could intrude into the north-eastern section of the NKR-Azerbaijani contact line, killing 4 Armenian soldiers and wounding 4 others. The Armenian side took retaliatory measures. The enemy retreated, leaving one soldier killed and ammunition.

June 17, an Armenian-Azerbaijani-Russian presidential meeting was held in Saint Petersburg.

Haykakan, this does not mean much about the efficiency of their army. Armenians and Azeris are seperated sometimes by just a few meters and a lot of the Armenian soldiers are new recruits, probably they have chosen the weakest part (at NIGHT)and have sent their special units to do damage and flee as soon as possible.

We should do the same as retaliation, if not more. This should have grave consequences... unfortunately we do not play the dirty game they do, I would love to see the Armenian army using their laser weapons to blind a few dozen Azerbaboons per hour.

Azerbaijani Defense Ministry: Armenians had more losses than they have confessed

                  [ 19 Jun 2010 18:11 ]
Baku – APA. The Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan has issued a statement on shooting occurred in the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops.

APA reports that the statement of Spokesman for Defense Ministry, Lieutenant-Colonel Eldar Sabiroglu reads: “Shooting occurred in that direction at 12:00 a.m. and lasted for some time. In general, such shootings often take place for such time past. This time, Armenian armed units sustained more losses and withdrew. But one of the important points is that the enemy was obliged to openly confess its defeat in the battle for the first time. It’s so strange that Armenian usually try to hide their losses. I think there is no need to look for reasons here”.

Sabiroglu noted that the people in Armenia are very dissatisfied with the Armenian power and army leadership. That’s why, the army tries to hide the number of losses: “According to precise information we have that Armenians had more losses than they have confessed”.

Note that the shooting occurred in the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops yesterday, APA reports quoting Armenian press. Armenian side sustained serious losses in the shooting in the direction of Chayli village of Tartar region at 23:30 on June 18.

According to Armenian defense ministry, 4 Armenian military servicemen were killed, 4 were wounded during the shooting. Armenian defense ministry also noted that a soldier of Azerbaijani Armed Forces was killed in the battle and his body was left on the contact line under the Armenian control.

Azerbaijan will use this to cover up the mass slaughter in an Azerbaijani army base a few days ago, where a minimal of seven soldiers got killed (they will say to their families the soldier perished during clashes with Armenians). They are also actively trying to hide the many incidents happening in the Azeri gay army lacking morale and order...

After the oil peak (coming years), Aliyev clan will be in danger and the country will fall into chaos, then it is time for us to strike and finish it for once and for all. Time is on our side.
