Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Now, do you guys see the black connection between Levon Ter Petrosian and his HAK with traitors and azery (it must be not only azery) manipulations of territory for peace and progress?
Suddenly that crap is being circulated everywhere and even taken as a political platform by LTP?
Seeding another attempt of fooling Armenians.
    Fk...
I have been saying this for years, a lot of political opposition in Armenia is not working for the benefit of population but for their foreign owners and financiers.

Defense minister: Armenia-Russia military-industrial complex establishing in Gyumri is urgent
          12:55, 21.12.2016
          Region:Armenia, Russia
          Theme: Politics

Russian presence in the region and the deepening of politico-military cooperation between Armenia and Russia are key deterrent factors that obstruct the resumption of hostilities, and contribute to the maintenance of regional stability and security.

Minister of Defense of Armenia, Vigen Sargsyan, told the above-said to Lenta.ru, a Moscow-based online newspaper.

He recalled that the Russian military base in Gyumri is included in the Armenian-Russian joint military unit that has been set up in Armenia.

“Now, the base is a part of the defense system of Armenia,” Sargsyan added, in particular.

The minister also stated that, in his view, the project of establishing an Armenian-Russian military-industrial complex in Gyumri becomes urgent in terms of the prospects for developing bilateral relations.

“It can [also] become a platform for forming business, technico-military cooperation between Russia, and Armenia’s bordering Iran,” Vigen Sargsyan specifically noted.

The fruit loop actually said ... Armenia is in isolation (because) of its aggressive policy toward its neighbors.
                  What a jerk.

its not very intelligent to believe in a summary of the speech by azeri media. I guess you can speak Armenian, so listen to the speech in Armenian. There is nothing like this. There is even a threat directed at azerkakistan. Most people here hate Ter-Petrosyan, but he is only telling loudly what has been negotiated for years between Armenian and azeri presidents. And the truth is that the conditions of the resettlement proposals have only got worse for our side and that the proposal today is worse than in 1997. In 1997 there was nobody demanding that we have to give back all 7 regions, today we can be happy if the propasal let Lachin as Armenian territory.
What all of you have to understand is that nobody WANTS to give back any land (even Sargsyan don't want such development). But if you have to negotiate about the problem under international pressure you won't find any solution than a territorial compromise. The alternative is war. Thats what Ter-Petrosyan says. The difference between you guys here and the politicians is that you think that we can defend Artsakh only by ourselves and even in these economic and demographic conditions. The politicians don't believe in it. We will see who is right. But you all have to stop your paranoid search for traitors. Your point of view is too easy. You don't want to give any land, so you are hating anybody talking about this, but you cannot show a way out of this logic.
And what is very interesting is that all of you hate Ter-Petrosyan. But if you compare the proposal Ter-Petrosyan wanted to sign and the proposal Sargsyan is negotiating about you will see that the proposal in 1997 was more acceptable to us. And I have never seen here the same anger about Sargsyan. The reason is simple: Sargsyan never says loudly what catastrophal documents he is accepting.
If I think about giving back any land my heart is exploding because I think about the blood of our soldiers, the armenian churches and the traces of our culture in the zone around the former NKAO, for example Tigranakert. But I cannot condemn anybody talking about real facts and showing us the real logic of the negotiations.

Levon will say anything for attention. He has no policy other than cave in policy.
No one even knows what he stands for. The azeri propaganda machine, like to twist things to their extreme.
They want land, they have to come and get it.
