95% of Spanish population during the Muslim Era were Spanish Christians by the way. True the Muslim leaders there were benevolent and tolerant. But as soon as the reconquista started the Christians flocked to their Northern brothers. Blood is thicker than water.

You seemed to forget that the Ottomans used the Haghia Sophia as a mosque for 500 years. How very convenient of you to leave that part out isn't it? They also used the Imperial Byzantine Church of Haghia Irene as a horse stable. If you are so tolerant turn over the Haghia Sophia to its rightful owners: The Ecumenical Patriarch.

As soon as reconquesta started Christians butchered Muslims and Jews, rest are forced to convert to Chrietianity or expelled. Even the ones who became Christian to save their lives are massacred during 16th-17th centuries because Christians accused them to practice Islam and Judaism secretly.

Hagia Sohia is a museum now, and all Chrtistian symbols are preserved during Ottoman time and are now exhibited. But Cordoba mosque is still used as church, after conversion Christians destorted most of the architectual shape and turned it into an ordinary church. But you still can observe how the building was brilliant during it was a mosque.

Of course your Turkish books might say otherwise. The original inhabitants of Spain were the Spaniards. Arabs and Jews were no more than 5% of the population. They were the ruling elite only. The masses were ordinary Christian Spaniards. Look it up.

They were hardly brilliant, but wasn't like you put it in your infantile comment: When Christians were living at Dark Ages, living a primitive life without any science, art, philosopy, without city life, when Christians were barbaric bloody tribes who even do not know how to clean, at the same ages Islam was only civilised culture in the world. This sentence is totally and exactly true as you know. It is a well known fact and not Muslims but Christians themselves say this.

Well, I voted for them, and I dont think I turned my back to him. I voted for my country.

Turkish books don't mention Spain that much. It is not popular. As I said before, make a search from google and learn something. Even people you say Chritians had not that much religious faith since they were mostly visigoths who were between paganism and Christianity.
