Maybe we can ask Mukuch in here to do the favour. Or just browse through his posts.

haha why? I am trying to learn Armenian by myself, I lacked parents to teach me hehe and I don't think any book out there will be like "dictionary of offensive terms in ......", it would be cool though

well, thanks man I will see how I can teach myself those terms, I saw there is a slang thread here and found interesting things

        hey Lucin jan! vonts es?
I have a little questions Lucin, have you heard that joke about Harut and Bill Gates? At the end of the joke I quite don't get what they say
        What does this part means?

Calmly, Harout turns to the other candidate and says to him: "Parev pezevenk, indores?"...

The other candidate answers: "Lav em poosht."
        Thanks Lucin!

People do not start learning a language by swearing unlike you. I believe he is doing an amazing job and soon will speak better and more correct than some natives..

You may look them up in an English-Armenian dictionary. I think it can help.

LOL, these are all vulgar expressions used by Western Armenians. I have heard them but I don't know exactly what they mean and I highly doubt that they have an Armenian origin. "Pezevenk" for sure is Turkish, it seems to be referred to a crook man metaphorically but in essence it means a "pimp". "Indores?" seems to be common in Polsahye dialect meaning "inchpes es?" in EA. Maybe Federate or other Arevmtahye speakers can give us a more accurate definition.

Not sure, never heard of it.... something racist I'm guessing. Must have been taken from Farsi. I know bosh means "empty" in Turkish which gets used a lot by Armenians instead of "barab".

Haha I knew it was something strange, because I didn't found funny that joke Thanks Lucin and KanadaHye!

Lucin jan, could I ask you what is the use of "մէջ"? I have discovered, I think, is like "in" or "at"....i.e. Երևանի մեջ is like "in/at Yerevan"? However, I have heard the word at other times and I think in other instances...how is it?

Also, following with the places...how do I say "in" "on" and "at"? For example to say "in the table", "on the table" and "at home"?

And the last thing Lucin, hehe...how do I say "by" when used in songs? For example if I want to say ("Dle Yaman" by Nune Yesayan)?

Thank you Lucin very very much, whenever I can speak decently in Armenian I'll make you a recording thanking you

The joke is supposed to be funny because the only two people left in the room were Armenian even though neither of the two were qualified for the job showing that both of their mentalities were the same. Armenians think alike.

Oh so I just was understanding it wrong, sorry I am not good for jokes I have a hard time understanding them so I pretty much finding most of them not funny

But he who laughs at last laughs the best right?
