Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged

        The intelligence agencies should bring in 3 people for questioning: 1. the cleric, 2. the reporter, & 3. any witness to the purported event: The reason is simple: most Armenians-&-Iranians know that even, assuming for the sake of argument, that someone burned Bibles it would be more indicative of a foreign intelligence act by an agent provocateur than anything else (e.g., grey wolves / C-I-A / Mossad). Does it really make any sense that Iranians-&-Armenians have had good relations for centuries and then suddenly their is Bible burning? Ask Armenians who have lived in Iran.

        PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND HOW INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES OPERATE: DIVIDE-&-RULE.

          So some children were born out of wedlock - So what? What are you suggesting? That this doesn't happen anywhere else or among other ethnic groups? Who is the source of that information? Name? News agency? Source of facts (data)? Are you suggesting that 170 Armenian/Iranian kids put Armenia in danger? Is that what your Israeli handlers told you to write? Who were the fathers & mothers? Muslims? Christians? Zoroastrians? Do you think that when Armenians repatriate to Armenia from Glendale none of them will have kids with other ethnic groups?

            No, it's that the number of Armenian-Iranian marriages have increased - while for Parskahyes, such interfaith marriages were always out of the question. And the children become Muslim given the marriage lasts, and the Christian wife often converts. I'm not talking about inter-ethnic marriages, but about inter-faith marriages (Christians marrying Muslims) which results in the children more often than not becoming Muslim.

              Any woman that doesn't think about what faith her children will be was lost in the first place.

                I agree, but sometimes these women are just brainwashed or they see money and forget their values and culture.

                      1. There is a Muslim Armenian group on Facebook - talk to them; I don't really know how they live or what they think. If it's that important to you, make friends with them and get info.

                      2. It's hard to control what faith your kids choose anyway - or if they even really believe it - kids tend to do their own thing anyway.

                      3. Both Armenians & Iranians have had different faiths throughout history. (Zoroastrianism / Paganism / Led Zeppelin.)

                      4. Swedes - even though they are "Christians" - are basically atheists. They did that on their own. Sometimes, people change on their own.

                      5. There are some forms of Christianity to avoid and some forms of Islam to avoid (it applies to all faiths). Muslims are not a monolithic group - for examples, I would much prefer my own child to be a Christian or Zoroastrian than a Wahabi (Saudi-style Muslim). I would much rather have my child be a Shia muslim than a Zionist-Christian.

                      6. Who people choose to marry is a personal choice: It's not up to me or you Mos. In the end, it's really only important that they have loving and nurturing homes for their kids and a good life. If they're happy, they're happy. (What should we do? Burn a big "B" on the foreheads of Buddhist Armenians?)

                      7. Video of Muslim Armenians of Persian Stock living near the Black Sea since antiquity - they seem pretty normal to me.




                      If was an Armenian, my biggest fear would be that my child would choose to become a Zionist-Turk: It seems that this is where a lot of the problems were created. Remember, Attaturk was a Secular-Zionist. To the extent the Turks were considered Muslims - they were Wahabbi-Sunni Muslims (Saudi Arabia style) = Iran's mortal enemy to this day. However, it's well-known that Attaturk spoke fluent Hebrew & had J*wish parents.

                      (There's a big rumor in Iran that Aliyev is a Zionist-J*w / Khazar.)



                      I can't say the Khazar theories against Azerbaijan are unfounded:You won't find anything related to Khazars in Iran.
